myRealPin is a service, where users can upload, link and embed content, also refered to as items, of any kind. Users can categorize and collect these items on so called pinboards. The origin / source of the items hereby will be tracked and is always visible in order to ensure full transparency. Users can collaboratively work on the content and share it for example on their social networks. Access to items and pinboards can be restricted and individually configured.
myRealpin is free of charge, unless indicated differently.
Via registration and login on myRealPin, the user declares, that he or she is of full age or has an explicit permission by his or her legal guardian to use this service.
These terms of service can be updated and changed without further notice. Users will be notified via email in case of fundamental changes within two weeks.
Liability for content
The contents of these pages were created with great care. For the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content, we can not take any responsibility. As a service provider we are responsible according to paragraph § 1 to 7 of german TMG for own contents on these pages under the general laws. According to § 8 to 10 TMG we as service providers are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. A liability is only possible from the date of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.
Please note, there is no liability for uploaded or linked content, be it 3rd party or user owned. The user himself takes full responsibility for the content provided and has the respective permissions on its usage! By uploading, linking and embedding content from any source, the user furthermore agrees on the unrestricted and nonpaid usage of these items on this service. This includes publishing, editing, analysis and further distribution of content on this platform, unless content is explicitly marked "private" or "friends".
Content of the following kind is explicitly not allowed and will lead to the removal of the corresponding user account without further notice:
- Sexually explicit or pornographic in any way
- Racist content or comments
- Defamation of people or organisations
- Contains illegal information or content
Please also note, as the content provided potentially orginates from different sources all over the Internet, it is assumed to be in public domain. It is therefore our clear goal to share the information on content source and author whenever possible and we will link back to the owner's website wherever applicable. We shall have no liability for any failure or delay e.g. uptime of this service, due to matters beyond our reasonable control.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external websites over which we have no control. Therefore we can for these websites and accept no responsibility. For the content of linked pages is always the provider or operator is responsible. The linked sites were checked at the time of linking for possible violations of law. Illegal contents were not at the time of linking. A permanent control of the linked pages is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. Upon notification of violations, we will immediately remove such links.
